Its simple, we love what we do. Care First Resources opened in 2013, when owner, Jennifer Walker, recognized the need for education and access to resources in the Sacramento Senior Community. She, along with fellow consultants have over 20 years of experience in the senior industry. She has been a caregiver herself, and understands the stress of trying to help a loved one through the aging process. Each member of Jennifer's team is carefully chosen and has not only experience with seniors and their families, but a passion to do right by those families and the desire to help. Our team is available 24 hours a day to assess your loved one and help you select the appropriate path- whether it be a discharge from the hospital, in home care, respite care, the need for specialists or products or services provided by our partners, a Care First representative is waiting to help you. We specialize in referring you or your loved ones to care facilities and partners that meet your needs. We not only tour care facilities, we have built solid relationships with in those facilities to negotiate on your behalf, to assist with care plan development and advocate to ensure your loved one gets the best care possible.
