Hope Harbor OC (formerly Laurel House) provides shelter and care to at-risk, runaway, and homeless teens in Orange County. Our goal is to prevent teen homelessness by reunifying at-risk teens with their families or moving them into positive living situations. By keeping them off the streets, we keep them safe from drugs and alcohol, criminalization, homelessness, and human trafficking. Hope Harbor is the only residential shelter in Orange County providing long-term care (12-18 months) to ensure longer term success.
