Captains & Poets Information

Captains & Poets is a ground-breaking program that ignites self-awareness, connection, resilience, and self-leadership in the world. We work in education and sports to help ignite potential in individuals and communities. The premise of the program is that there is a unique Captain and Poet in each of us that, in partnership, enable us to be our best, most authentic selves. When young people (and adults!) learn about their inner Captain and Poet they have immediate access to their inner drivers, unique gifts and perspectives, and the complexities of what makes them human. They discover their "leader within" which enables them to navigate and contribute to the world around them in more positive and impactful ways.
