The lead property, Captain Action, has been reborn across a variety of platforms : toys, comic books, novels, statues, T-shirts, mugs, model kits and I.D. cases. An animated series is currently in pre-development. Other characters in the Captain Action mythology include: Dr. Evil, Action Boy and Khem the Panther. Lady Action, a spin-off character, also has appeared in comics and is now being licensed in the collectors' market. Captain Action Cat will also debut in 2014 as comic series.
