Calmera provides a range of Training, Project Consultancy and Human Resources Consultancy services to clients in the private and public sectors. We recognise that each organisation and project may be different and so provide flexible services to help match our clients’ needs. Each assignment is discussed with the client in advance and the fees and responsibilities are agreed before the work commences. Consultancy may range from a one-off facilitation, a project feasibility review or organisational review to longer term project involvement including business analysis and project management. Training is scheduled to meet the client needs and may include full or half days as well as tailored sessions such as "lunch and learn" or "breakfast briefings". We are recognised for providing tailored in-house training but also offer open courses where this is aparticulalry relevant.
