Caaav Information

CAAAV is a small grass-roots organization that relies on individual donations to sustain our grassroots organizing efforts. The CAAAV Dance Battle (previously known as the Dance-A-Thon) is one of our biggest fundraising events and this year the Fundraising Committee set a goal of $15,000. The Dance Battle was Saturday May 30, and with the support of allies and friends, we did it! CAAAV raised over $19,142 from over 500 donations. A generous $5,000 employer match brough our fundraising total to $24,142. Every year, the Dance Battle gets stronger community support than the last and this year we continued to grow. Thank you to everyone who fundraised, brought their out-of-the-word dance moves, or limbo-ed to lower the rent with us. To remember the night, click here for photos.
