We produce both carbon-look and structural components incl. monocoques mainly using Prepreg/Autoclave and high-pressure RTM. For special projects we develop custom production technology in-house. We have 220 staff with 30 in development / tooling and are undergoing further growth. We offer complex component engineering consultancy whereby the components are engineered and virtually CAE tested by us. As composites specialists we will design your components with dfm (design for manufacturing) in mind ensuring the best possible design for lowest possible manufacturing costs later-on. Our state-of-the-art 11,000 m2 facility has 1,500 m2 clean rooms with three autoclaves incl. 3 x 6m, four 5-axis CNC machines incl. 3 x 6m, and a new paint facility, RTM presses and a fully equipped in-house tool-shop. We supply „line-fit", ie parts directly to the production line and are linked to our customers via EDI.
