LEE & KELLY NADEL have been working with pit bulls in New York City for over five years. Through various rescue work they found that adoption and advocacy have limits, and the adversity facing pit bulls today needs to be addressed through the people on the other end of the leash. Bully Project's ultimate goal is to end dogfighting in NYC. Bully Project targets at-risk and inner city youth and their pit bulls. The initiatives will promote relationship building and community development as a means to a lifestyle alternative for youth involved in dogfighting.
