BULSIM is a non-profit organization that promotes Modeling and Simulation knowledge and use of simulation methods and techniques in research and education, in civil and military societies, state organizations and business. It aims competence growth of the human capital in all mankind activities. The Association provides comprehensive framework on national and international level, where people and organizations involved in the area of M&S collaborate, share expertise and work on problems of common interest. BULSIM stands for enforcement of high professional standards, lofty moral, loyalty and professionalism in Bulgarian specialists in modeling and simulation. All BULSIM members endorse the Code of Professional Ethics for Simulationists adopted by the Society for Modeling &Simulation International (SCS) and other M&S organizations.
