BTG Learning Information

The creation of BTG Learning has been a long time coming for Mrs. Wozniak, who started her endeavor to link learning to physical activity back in 2005, with five high-school volunteers as trainers and twenty-two elementary school children. She then continued to link learning to physical activity with the founding of Unique Training Solutions, a non-profit organization focused on improving Listening Skills, Behavior, and Learning Skills for children and youth. She trained her trainers to deliver quality lessons to children ages 5 to 15. Mrs. Wozniak also trained her volunteers/employees on Leadership Development to equip them with the necessary skills for decision making, critical thinking, and public speaking. As a volunteer for the West Point Society of Fort Bragg and the Sandhills, she participated in Leadership and STEM workshops for high school students. She received her Bachler of Business Administration from Columbus State University and her Master of Science degree in Management from Troy State University. Mrs. Wozniak retired from civil service after 32 years. Dr. Williams areas of focus are Multilingual/Multicultural Education and Early Childhood Education. She received her PhD from George Mason University. Dr. Williams is committed to narrowing the achievement gap between children and their educational, social, and economic needs. She is very passionate about the on ongoing, goal- directed relationships between teachers and families that are mutual, culturally responsive, and that support what is best for children and families both individually and collectively. Dr. Williams is also a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist skilled in the areas of expressive and receptive language disorders, articulation delays and stuttering. She is dedicated to working with parents, schools, teachers, and communities for improving family-school-community partnerships and helping children overcome speech/language delays.
