Unlike many vendors that are motivated by quotas to make their products fit a client’s request, BrokerTel customizes every recommended solution to the actual requirements of our clients, regardless of supplier. Our consultants are trained to identify opportunities for saving money while also improving infrastructure. BrokerTel eliminates a tremendous amount of time, confusion, and frustration by removing the need to meet with multiple suppliers. We compile the varying proposals and deliver one, concise format with a recommendation. Our clients maintain their relationship with the supplier(s), but receive a preferred customer service experience due to the volume of our aggregate accounts. BrokerTel continues to work with our clients through the life of their solutions. We project manage the implementation of and conversion to new services. We manage moves, adds, and changes for our clients as well as billing and trouble ticket escalations. All at no cost.
