Fattorie Garofalo, based in Capua, is a world leader in the bufala dairy sector and the leading producer of PDO Bufala Mozzarella. The Group raises 12,700 animals, produces 16,000 tons of milk, and manufactures 9,700 tons of products annually, exported to over 40 countries. It comprises seven farms in the PDO area, two production plants, and 13 flagship stores in airports, stations, and shopping malls. Animal welfare is guaranteed by ClassyFarm standards, while digital systems support agricultural operations by optimizing resources. Sustainability is paramount: 100% of energy needs are met by renewable sources, thanks to integrated photovoltaic and biogas systems.
