From brochures to letters, plan details and policy documents, we avoid jargon wherever we can. And they told us that their first thought wouldn't be money if they lost a loved one or became seriously ill. So we offer more than just a cheque when things go wrong. Our unique Helping Hand service gives our plan owners access to a wide range of practical, medical and personal support through partnerships with independent third party suppliers. The help is there at no extra cost for as long as it's needed, and everyone who has one of our menu plans can use the service from the moment they become customers.
