INSIGHTS Group also provide information and discount coupons to all our guests upon arrival. Local water sports, golf and other hand ball activities are approximately 0.5 km away. Amenities~ Our facilities consist of smoke, fire and carbon monoxide alarms, fire blankets and the most modern equipment including a BBQ for our guests enjoyment, patio furniture, beach towels, personal hygiene and first aid items. Additionally, there are Business equipment (printer, fax, Internet and loaner cell phone) and free calls to the USA and Canada. We also provide complimentary morning coffee. For a plethora of social activities, tours and more, you will find it here. Availability ~ INSIGHTS Group makes every effort to accommodate all requests, at times referring guests to other Vacation Rental Agents, whenever neccessary. However, an early reservation will afford you the best possible chance to get the dates of your choice. No minimum stay is required and we can provide long term accommodations. Once your reservation is received, we will confirm availability and then contact you by email (if done over the internet) to complete the reservation process. Upon confirmation and deposit verification, a formal confirmation is sent. Alcohol ~~ Alcohol consumption is permitted. Bring or buy your own. However, we do ask that you and or your guests consume with moderation and are respectful of other guests and neighbours. Cancellation Policy~Cancellation by email is most accepted and the fastest. We check our emails constantly, so please feel free to email us with your cancellations. If you are unable to attend and cancel up to 30 days or earlier prior to your arrival, you will receive a FULL refund. 14 days or less prior to arrival date, guests will be refunded minus $100.00 administration charge. There will be no refund if the guests fail to cancel or do not not show. However, we will give a credit for the amount already paid minus a $100.00 USD administration fee for a reservation made at a later date either for themselves or another guest of their choice. INSIGHTS Group's Guarantee~ A $50.00 USD Non-refundable Guaranteed FEE paid at the time of booking will ensure guests a FULL REFUND should they have to cancel for any reason. Check-in/Check-out (Registration)~We have flexible check-in and check-out times. If your flight is going to be delayed or you will be late, please pay us the courtesy of notifying us. Children~ Families with children are most welcome. We have a variety of toys, a tricycle, children's videos and games. They can play freely and enjoy themselves in our fenced in accommodations. Children under 14 must be supervised and are not allowed to stay in our facilities alone. Child care services can be provided and are an additional fee. Common Areas~ These areas are for your enjoyment. Please help us to maintain them in a clean and orderly manner by not littering. When leaving the premises be sure to close and lock the gates. Deposit~ A 25% deposit is required to secure all reservations. Full payment must be received 30 days after the booking is made. If the period between booking your reservations and arrival is less than 30 days, then full payment is required at the time of booking. All guests are asked to provide a security deposit of $250 U$D which will be FULLY refunded upon departure providing the unit is returned in the "pre-rental" condition and there are no damages, etc. Exercise Material~We have a limited number of fitness equipment and items including tapes, CDs, Videos, DVDs, to help you maintain your fitness regime. Arrangements can be made for you to join walking/running groups or fitness centres. Gift Baskets~For anniversaries, birthdays and other special occasions, we will assist you in making arangements for a variety of baskets and other gift items. Gift Certificates~ These certificates are available for any amount and can be given or transferred to another guest. Group Packages~ These packages are available for any number of persons and for any length of time. A large number of complimentary services comes with group packages.
