ViNotion, part of Nedinsco’s ecosystem of high-end optical and vision technologies, is a specialist in intelligent image interpretation for recognizing people and objects in video. Our advanced video-analysis technology is used in applications such as crowd counting and traffic monitoring. We provide both software libraries that integrate seamlessly into existing systems and complete turnkey solutions including the hardware platform. Every situation is unique, which is why our systems are carefully tailored to the specific context and requirements of the user. For our Research & Development program, ViNotion works closely with the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). What sets our technology apart is its ability to measure up to 18 meters in width with a single camera under extremely crowded conditions, while maintaining an average accuracy of over 95%—a capability unmatched in the market.
