BRIDGESWORK Information

"When we feed our communities we are feeding more than hunger, we are feeding hope." Last spring BridgesWork youth and volunteers developed new ways to stay in touch with our students during the spring of 2021. Between March 25 and May 21 youth and adult volunteers packed and delivered 60 "weekend snack bags" every Friday for selected students at Midway Park and South Euless Elementary Schools. As a result of a grant award from the Southlake Women's Club, the program will be able to continue into the 2021-22 school year. BridgesWork offers school-year monthly and summer programs to help achieve our mission which is: "To participate in the lives of children, equipping them through academic growth, spiritual development, and service to others so that each child can identify future dreams and build bridges to move from those dreams to reality. BridgesWork is focused on helping our kids build bridges to successful futures. While building these bridges takes money, not one program or service offered to our students generates revenue. ALL programs and services are dependent upon the generosity of friends, businesses, and foundations. As a 501 (c) (3) organization, all donations to BridgesWork are tax deductible.
