Bridges is a community wellbeing charity supporting people across Monmouthshire to live healthier, more connected lives. Through practical services including befriending, community transport, family support and volunteering, we help people overcome isolation, improve wellbeing and stay independent. Our work reaches over 1,500 individuals and families each year, powered by a network of 370+ volunteers. With our historic home at Drybridge House currently undergoing restoration following flooding, our services continue across the county—delivering support where it’s needed most.
