Wylam Brewery at Palace of Arts
Our home at the Palace of Arts in Exhibition Park is the last remaining building from the 1929 North East Exhibition. The Exhibition was an ambitious project built to celebrate and encourage Craft, Art and Industry at the start of the Great Depression.
Having remained almost derelict for nearly a decade the building has sprung back to life as a fully operational working Brewery.
Alongside the Brewery there is a Brewery Tap, which is open to the public Thursdays to Sundays inclusive.
The Grand Hall plays host to Live Music, Weddings, Corporates, Pop Up Events and more …
Brewery based in Finchampstead, Berkshire. Voted 'Second Best New Brewery in the World' by Ratebeer.com in 2013, and 'Best Brewery in the UK' by Ratebeer.com in 2014. Best loved for innovation, experimentation and creativity in brewing, with beers such as Limoncello IPA and Caribbean Chocolate Cake gaining plaudits worldwide. This is complemented by a core range of six beers that continue to introduce people to a whole new world of beer around bars, pubs and bottle shops in the UK and abroad.
