In selecting your choice whether you choose to brew your wine in your home or on our premises, there is nothing more important than starting off on the right note and with the best ingredients. The trio Owners Frank & Bonnie Van Beek, certified wine maker Victor Van Beek and the trained and efficient staff at Brew Time is committed to help you make the best tasting wine and beer using the finest grape juices, concentrates and varietal juices, supplies and accessories from the top producing vineyards around the world. Even with Beer, you prefer 'you brew' beer but are short on time, just call Brew time and we will start it for you at no extra cost. Out wort license allows us to "cook" the preservative- free unfermented beer or 'wort' for you. You just have to drop by to 'pitch' the yeast as per the tradition, and return 2-3 weeks later to bottle your cold filtered, ready to drink brew. We have on hand a choice of over 100 beers, including full grain mash and honey brews.
