The practice rapidly grew in prominence throughout the 1980's to become market leaders in the sale of residential property throughout Calderdale and gained a reputation as 'The Professional Property People' by providing a consistently high level of service, which has now been maintained for over 40 years. We have always tried to be innovative in order to give our clients an advantage in the market place, from photographic content in advertising, to high quality sales brochures, including the use of floor plans, to accompanied viewings, and we were one of the first local agents to launch a groundbreaking website in 1999, which embraced the established quality of the business and the use of proactive technology, which dominates the industry today. Since the late 1990's our rental department has grown to become a major part of our activity and during 2016 Charles Smith was appointed to oversee and grow the firm's rental business. 2017 has marked a further significant year in the firm's development, with the launch of our new website to coincide with our move to Skircoat Green.
