Every loaf is produced in small batches using time-honored methods, without commercial preservatives or dough conditioners. Our signature process includes up to 72 hours of fermentation, creating bread with exceptional flavor, texture, and keeping quality. From classic country loaves to Nordic rye and seasonal creations, each recipe is developed to celebrate the character of real grain and slow craftsmanship. Beyond baking, Bread & Bake partners with local farmers markets, wholesale accounts, and specialty food businesses while continuing to develop custom artisan bread programs for restaurants and cafés.
