We saw what could be the beginning of a shift in how wireless was done and an opportunity to help. We saw a need for integrity and customer service in an industry that was taking advantage of those who "wouldn't qualify" for the high-end phones and high-end service. We decided to do something about all of this and opened up our first store in September 2010. Through the devotion to customer service and treating others the way we would want to be treated, and thanks to so many who have approved of it, Bravo Wireless now has several locations throughout northern Indiana. Each Bravo Wireless location is built upon the foundation of hard work, dedication, sacrifice, and most importantly, the biblical principle of loving our neighbors as we love ourselves.
