Brain Ventures is a venture capital business management firm in Brazil — built by people who have founded, invested in and run real companies, and who know Brazilian venture capital from the inside, from both sides of the table. We invest in technology companies at the seed and growth stages. Never as a passive investor: we step in early, share the founders' risk and journey, and bring a full platform — product, technology, sales, marketing, finance and fundraising — into each company. We act as operational manager, alongside institutional fund managers. For international investors who believe in Brazil but need a partner on the ground, that combination of institutional credibility and deep operational involvement is how we de-risk the market. For us, impact is part of the thesis, not an add-on: companies that solve real problems are, over the long run, the best businesses.
