Botanical Brew was founded in 2018 having discovered a niche in the ever-growing market of Kombucha. Our difference was to create Australia's first alcoholic Jun Kombucha, a brew that is made from fermenting raw honey and green tea. An overabundance of honey from our bee hives, led us to the possibility of creating Jun. Our mission was to create a Jun Kombucha that was crafted through traditional methods, which retains its integrity and live cultures. Botanical Brew is driven with a focus on quality, nature and sustainability.
