Boshers has a long-standing, and current, heritage in bespoke builds direct for our end users. We are maintaining that specialism and taking the personal interaction and ownership required in that sector and bringing into our general contracting offer. A Different Approach: In recent years the construction industry has tended to look for reasons ‘not to’, which has led to unpredictability and adversarial inclinations between teams, resulting in projects suffering. We have set out to reverse this mindset to ‘get on with it’. To do this, we have assembled a diverse team that boasts over 300 years of experience in the construction industry across all sectors, and unified it with our three core values – Ownership, Accountability & Empowerment. Using the legacy of our way of working, we confront any challenges with personal interaction and ownership. By doing this we mitigate the issues and hold ups that are caused by working in silos. We look at the project as a whole, rather than separate risks to separate entities.
