The company works on web and mobile application development, focused on Augmented Reality (AR) Services. bookBeo has developed a technological advance linking 2D / 3D recognition and "big data" service for clients. Our ambition is to bring AR to daily life. We believe that AR can offer undisputable advantages over other ways of remote interaction. AR can provide more capacity to interact with novel information in real time. This easy and interactive access to information is the key that makes AR far more useful than other sources of information in specific contexts. In bookBeo, we bring added value for digital communications by making it more vivid and interactive by using AR, location intelligence and gamification tools. Between our technological capabilities we can include Web development in Drupal, PHP, all Web based technologies such as CSS, HTML, JS, etc. Our mobile development includes: applications for iOS, Android & windows phone. Besides smartphone applications, bookBeo develops generic platforms to manage dynamic metadata, associating physical objects and consumer products or providing a personalised augmented reality according to the client's needs. We have also been working in many collaborative project at a national and international scale. Our aim is to increase our sales on the European and other markets. In the last 2 years, bookBeo is working on a research project for Chronopost in order to improve the supply chain process with connected glasses worn by operators. We are also involved in a Eurostar consortium (including Danish startup and academics) in an innovative project that applies AR to the medical field. Outside Europe, we have collaborated with Business developers in San Francisco - IMT Hub in San Francisco - Silicon Valley - NASA Research ParkMoffett Field - CA94035 Mountain View (USA), and with Business developers in Tokyo (Japan).
