Brenda is the BodyTeam CEO and mother of twin boys. She has been coaching lifestyle clients and fitness competitors for over 7 years. Her passion and love for empowering others to achieve their fitness goals continually drives her to dedicate her time in helping others to be the very best versions of themselves. She is a NASM certified personal trainer and Nutrition Specialist and continues to invest her time in learning more to ensure her clients receive the best coaching possible. Taylor Lane is one of our Body Team Coaches and has been coaching bikini athletes and lifestyles clients for over 3 years. She has been competing for 5 years. Not only does she love to challenge herself, but she loves to challenge her clients and motivate them to be the BEST version of themselves. Taylor is a Technical Sergeant in the United States Air Force and has always been active when it comes to sports, weightlifting and living a healthy lifestyle. She loves to help women find the confidence within themselves and you can always hear her in a crowded room, cheering and rooting for her athletes! Carrie began competing in 2015 and earned her OCB Figure Pro status in 2018. Carrie has always had a love for fitness and healthy eating. In 2020, she retired from the Air Force, as a Lt Colonel, and turned that love of fitness into her new focus & passion. Carrie is a certified personal trainer & nutrition coach. She also works as a Strength & Conditioning coach, providing training to the 2021 UCA National Champion cheerleading team and the 2021 State Champion Track & Field team. Helping her athletes and clients push their limits and exceed their goals is her greatest reward.
