Founded in 2006, Boqueria is an homage to founder Yann de Rochefort’s childhood summers spent exploring Barcelona’s local food markets. To bring to life his vision, Yann partnered with Spanish Chefs including Marc Vidal to develop a menu that marries classic Spanish dishes with seasonal, local market ingredients. Fourteen years later, Boqueria has become an institution, with locations across Washington D.C., Manhattan, and Chicago. Each location is a unique reflection of Yann’s passion for Spain and architectural design.
Since La Tasca first opened in Manchester in 1993, we have been creating a small taste of Spain for our guests to enjoy, through authentic food, drink and Spanish culture.
After running Spanish restaurants for over two decades we’ve also learnt how to enjoy the Fiesta.
Now we have restaurants across the UK, each with their unique Spanish character.

The Cafe Sevilla restaurants share the concept of providing a traditional, authentic, Spanish bistro & Tapas Bar within their respective communities. Cafe Sevilla has locations in downtown San Diego, Long Beach, and Riverside, blocks from the Convention Centers of all locations.

Eric Vanden Haute, the CEO of the restaurant group, predicts steady growth and expansion for the enterprise. Eric is an extremely hands on CEO, visiting all three locations to maintain operational direction to the management teams and their staff.
Cafe Sevilla is owned by Janet and Rogelio Huidobro, who created the venue after longing for the intimate and lively tapas bar experience they knew and loved from their hometown in Spain. Janet and Rogelio make frequent visits to the San Diego location and make sure they are involved in the restaurants' development each step of the way.
