A Dedicated Growth Private Equity Company established in 2012 Bocap is a Finnish privately-owned private equity company focusing particularly on Finnish SMEs. Bocap manages three private equity funds investing in established, entrepreneur-led and highly growing profitable top notch, world class SMEs headquartered in Finland. We anticipate to invite many more companies, as we are empowered by our invaluable investors. Value creation in the portfolio companies is based on strong strategic and business development support, in addition to financial investments and pro-active M&A contributions. Achieving Significant Growth via a Fair Concept We are actively looking for companies having revenues of 4M€ to 50M€ and wishing to achieve ambitious growth. We can invest anything from 2M€ to 10M€ and together with our investors another 2M€ to 10M€. We are highly entrepreneurial and selective in our way of working. The execution of a mutually elaborated and approved Growth Plan takes place hand in hand with the owners of the companies. Moreover, mutual motivation and dedication enhance the creation of success stories within a horizon of 3 to 6 years. In order to ensure positive outcomes, we mainly commit ourselves to an active, though controlled, minority shareholder role via our private equity funds. Investors Are Offered Access to Top Companies Bocap’s concepts open doors to an attractive sweetspot of outperforming Finnish companies in prominent industries, hence providing a rare private equity platform to institutional investors. Our investors include insurance companies, private pension funds, trusts, family offices and public sector funds, in addition to selected individual private investors. Our team has also made significant investment commitments, thus ensuring serious dedication.
