Built on the strengths approach from positive psychology, Bloom provides a framework and structure that promotes the use of a consistent language so colleagues can constructively discuss and support their priority behaviours. Bloom is not just a profiling tool, in fact mapping profiles and selecting behaviours is just a starting point. Over the course of six months, Bloom continues to support leaders and teams to action their chosen behaviours. Checking in on progress regularly ensures issues are flagged, conversations are had and teams are given the support and structure they need to take ownership and drive change.
