BLEGSCOPE is a Ugandan consulting firm established with an aim to provide timely and relevant solutions to our clients. BLEGSCOPE was established with the main purpose of providing both knowledge and experience based practical solutions for its clients through critical thinking on client challenges and generating usable strategies to over come them in order to address both short and long term business challenges in the ever changing local, national, regional and global contexts. Our vision is “to become a full services business consulting firm that provides satisfactory and value for money services to its clients while meeting the financial expectations of its shareholders.” Our mission is "Through the the use of knowledge and experience we provide timely, practical and relevant solutions to our customers and meet their expectations in business” Our tools are key informant interviews, business analysis, information research and analysis, capacity building, information exchange and dissemination. Our products are action recommendations based on deep organizational research and analysis, building the capacity of institutional officers, business managers, accountants, sales executives in the private sector in Uganda and East Africa, through practical training, information dissemination, and advisory services.
