We have made significant upgrades to our web sites and migrated to a new customer-billing platform. We hope that these changes better serve our Avvanta customer's needs and look forward to an expansion of further services in the future. Statements for check payment customers are still processed on the 2nd of the month. Credit card customers will be billed and processed on the 7th of each month. The majority of account functions can now be managed completely online. You may notice some format changes in the look of your monthly statements. This is part of the new billing system. The avvanta.com website has recieved a major upgrade in design. The same Avvanta support and accounting teams are here for you if you encounter any issues or have any questions.
