At BKK Fighters we aim to provide you with the highest quality of training from some of the best fighters and coaches in the Essex area. We cater for all levels of experience and beginners are welcome in all of our classes. You will definitely get fitter by training with us! In addition, our classes are constructed to ensure that you will learn, understand and improve your fighting technique in your chosen discipline. We have a friendly, welcoming atmosphere - everybody helps and encourages each other to learn and improve, and egos are left at home. What We Teach:MMAMixed Martial Arts combines a mixture of striking and grappling techniques which stem from 4 disciplines: Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling and Brazilian Ju Jitsu. We provide top level coaches in each of these disciplines, as well as a dedicated team of MMA coaches to bring it all together. BKK's head MMA coach, Jack Mason, is ranked in the top 10 in UK and Ireland with over 40 professional fights against some of the best in the world and BKK's fight team is one of the most active and well-respected in the UK. Top ranked UK MMA professionals, Sean Carter and Arnold Allen, complete our MMA coaching staff and there are 5 sessions a week suitable for beginners right through to professionals. Cage Warriors and UFC fighters are seen on the mat week in, week out so you will be in good company.
