The BizDev & Strategy mission it to facilitate the fast adoption of new technologies within organizations. Technology adoption facilitates new services creation or improves internal processes, but often the organization are huge and time to marked need to be maintained. The strength of BizDev & Strategy is, working with Strategic or Technology departments, to create quickly mock-ups and portotypes, compatible with the internal decision processes typical of large organizations. The constant contact with international markets and with innovativ project using best of breed technology, allows us to replicate in different geographies/contexts where solution made elsewhere. BizDev & Strategy chairs and participates in the organization of international events where new ideas often come to life that will be implemented in subsequent years. BizDev & Strategy manages all his engagements in four phases We define our project in 4 phases: Design – new models are designed in collaboration with our customers Concept – new concept of service are drawn up which will be built and brought to market Trial – The new services (applications, web sites, payment systems, …) are developed in time measured in the order of weeks to allow their viewing and testing by user groups of the sample. Deploy – The services are open to the market and eventually, at the request of our customers, under the BizDev &Strategy supervision.
