BITE IS... Established in Hong Kong in 2003, Bite has quickly grown from a family venture into a full-fledged, fast-growing food and beverage specialist group that prides itself on discovering new global culinary trends and introducing them to Asia. Bite is the parent company of some of the city’s most popular eateries including our own brands Yo Mama and Ciao Chow as well as the Triple O’s, Panino Giusto and GROM franchises. Throughout the years, the philosophy behind our success has remained the same – bringing to market and advancing new concepts, which are casual, fun and affordable, and which all share one very important feature: premium quality ingredients that we go to great lengths to source directly from producers and farm to table whenever possible. THE FUTURE More exciting projects are in the works as we are always scouting for fresh opportunities. Already present in prime retail spaces including IFC Mall, Festival Walk, Pacific Place, Hysan Place, Lee Gardens and trendy Lan Kwai Fong, we will keep on opening new branches in Hong Kong and Macau in the years to come.
