Just Desserts, an award-winning bakery, was founded in San Francisco in 1974 with a passion for making the most delicious, highest quality desserts. We are passionate about baking from scratch and producing the highest quallity, premium desserts and sweet snacks.

At SweetTree we pride ourselves on offering our clients the highest quality care and support possible, regardless the level of need or dependency. Our prime objective is to assist those we look after to remain in their own home for as long as they wish with dignity, independence and control over their life. SweetTree’s services also include specialist care programmes to ensure that the care and support received by all clients is appropriate to their needs which includes support for those with acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, dementia, learning disabilities and palliative care. Our holistic person-centred approach recognises the individuality of each person and the uniqueness of their history, preferences and abilities. Reflecting this, the care programmes that we devise focus as much on preferred lifestyle as it does on the personal care and support required to remain at home.
