BIONIC Hill Information

BIONIC Hill is the first Ukrainian innovation park being developed as a Live, Work, Learn and Play community. The project seeks to create a unique environment for innovation, effective business and comfortable living. The park will accommodate leading Ukrainian and international companies specializing in IT, biotechnology and energy saving. BIONIC Hill is located in a picturesque green area within Kyiv. The project will include state-of-the-art facilities for research, innovation, high-tech production, business, study and living. Full construction is expected to be completed by 2020, with the first stage to be commissioned in 2015. BIONIC Hill is being designed in compliance with international standards in green construction and in harmony with the surrounding nature. Leading American and Ukrainian architects, engineers and designers – AECOM, Hornberger+Worstell, ARUP, SWA Group, Pashenko Architectural Bureau – have been involved to ensure project quality. This first Ukrainian innovation park is a private business initiative of the country's leading real estate developer, UDP. Total project investment is estimated at $1 billion. BIONIC Hill project is being developed with the support of the State Agency for Investment and National Projects, Kyiv City State Administration and the State Agency for Science, Innovation and Informatization of Ukraine.
