BioIndustry e. V. Information

BioIndustry e. V. is a registered association which main purpose is to activate, to concentrate and to develop biotechnological competences in the Ruhr Region. As a networked service cluster of 55 companies, research and training institutes, technology centres, biotechnological service providers and communal business development organizations the association’s objective is to generate product- and process-innovations in biotechnology. Our member´s competences cover the entire spectrum of biotechnology with focus on medical biotechnology, industrial biotechnology, AgriFood biotechnology, Bioinformatics and enabling technologies. Members are supported by service providers span all necessary management consulting and legal advisory services. The regional decision-makers meet and exchange experience on a regular basis to support the active transfer from ideas to market.
