In 2021, Star Capital, a private equity fund based in Milan , decided to acquire the majority stakes of A.p.i. Italia group, establishing Biodesign S.p.A. Biodesign, thanks to this acquisition, will enter the global markets with significant investments, empowering its presence in the pool market. The guidance of Biodesign S.p.A. in July 2022, has been entrusted to Mr.Antonio Filippi in the role of CEO.
