Bin 21 Ltd operates a check 25 policy in its retail operation and also for the home delivery service provided. This means we will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who appears to be under 25 without proof that they are over 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and we reserve the right not to deliver if you or the person receiving the goods cannot prove this. All goods are offered subject to availability and should your chosen products be unavailable we will contact you to discuss an alternative option. Vintage changes may occur and we reserve the right to substitute later years than may be advertised on our website. If the year of production has significantly impacted on the wine by price or quality we will contact you to discuss the options and the cancellation of the order in these circumstances is fully acceptable. Minimum delivery for products purchased online is 12 bottles (9 litres equivalent) OR a minimum value of £60. Ordering wine online does not constitute a contract. Only once an order has been placed and payment has been made and received is a contract in place. If a refund is made in full the contract is terminated with immediate effect. We reserve the right not to accept an order.
