Bike Maryland is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, with a mission to promote bicycling, increase safety, improve conditions, and provide a voice for bicyclists in Maryland. We have been instrumental in improving bicycling conditions and protecting the rights of bicyclists. Thanks to the support of our members and partners, what we have accomplished and continue to do is truly remarkable. Our current programs include, a robust legislative agenda for pro-bicycling initiatives, Bike MINDED Safety Program that provides youth and adult commuter safety workshops, Bike Friendly Maryland workshops that connect businesses, universities, and communities with measures to improve bike-ability and we also host four great events a year: Annual Bicycle Symposium, RecRide, Larry's Ride, and Tour du Port.
