Big Rock locates participants and helps develop and present the structure of potential transactions to those involved. Big Rock does not negotiate any of the terms of agreements between the parties. For investors, Big Rock assists in gathering key information necessary to initiate the necessary due diligence and to ultimately approve a project for financing, including biographies of key participants. For entertainment producers, Big Rock requests letters of intent from potential financiers. Big Rock's fees are earned solely by locating and introducing the parties and providing information on the structure of the transaction based on information provided by the participants.
