Big Horn CrossFit Information

Big Horn CrossFit is more than a gym, we're a school of fitness. Teaching the CrossFit methodology of physical preparedness, strength and conditioning, we're here to effectively strengthen and condition people of all ages and fitness levels. Our focus is to develop our member's fitness over a broad spectrum of 10 general physical skills to give you a comprehensive and challenging workout. Though we keep it varied, our program is universally salable, only differing in degree, not kind. This way, we ensure that everyone can be an athlete and work their way towards their fitness goals. Creating a safe and welcoming environment, Big Horn is a community of like-minded members that enjoy working together for a common purpose of improving the well being of themselves and others.
