We help industry professionals develop their skills in dealing with clients, the media, writing, influencing people, time management and managing others. We give people practical training that reflects the demands of the real world and that really make a difference to their results. Experience: Trainers come from the PR industry so we understand the working environment/pressures/challenges/issues • Each course comes from industry best practice and experience – not just ours, but from 12 years of working with delegates who try out the techniques in the real world • We know what agency life is about. And we know what it's like working as part of an in-house PR team. We get it and it shows. Best Practice – Tried and Tested in the Real World • We track the theory so you don't have to, then we thrash it out for the real world of PR • Every course is structured so that participants work through how best to apply the principles to their own work – so they can use it for success as soon as they get back to the office • A focus on realistic action plans – we work with participants to highlight changes that will make a noticeable difference Continuing Support • We recognise that successful skills development is a balance between knowledge and practice • We don't disappear once the training is over: we make ourselves available • Participants who are trying out new ways of doing things are not alone: they can ask us questions, get help with existing and new situations and feel confident that they have knowledgeable backup on their side As Bespoke As You Need Us To Be • We find out beforehand what you want and need to achieve, learn or change. Tell us what problems you're facing and what skills you want to develop and we'll ensure the training fits your needs • We work with you to provide training that delivers observable business benefits to your organisation or team
