Broadband Global Industries (BGI Technologies) was founded in 1997 with the objective to engineer and manufacture high quality products to serve the Broadband Communications industry. Our people bring over 100 years of collective experience in the CATV, Telecommunications, DBS and Broadcast markets to develop a complete line of innovative high quality products and services. Our team is dedicated to the research, engineering, manufacturing and quality control of industry components to ensure our customers' demand is met for high performance and reliability in their rapidly expanding and changing market. Initially, BGI's focus was to produce passive distribution components innovative enough to perform in the analog and digital technologies with long term reliability and the highest possible performance at the best value. Out of the industries renewed demand for better performance, BGI has now expanded its engineering and manufacturing to include other passive components and accessories. Aside from a complete line of 1GHz, 1.7GHz and 3 GHz passives, we now provide drop related accessories including: Coaxial, HDMI, Optical, Component Video, RCA and CAT Network cable assemblies Wallplates and drop accessories Power cords, Power Bars and Power adapters Head-end grade attenuators, equalizers, diplex filters and custom RF switches The complete line of BGI products incorporates many innovative features. We were among the first to produce passives with lowest hum and inter-modulation specifications to allow adaptation into the high performance two way new technologies. BGI also incorporated SCTE standards and innovated further with the very best contact design to allow for a vast range of center conductor sizes repetitively and reliably.
