Beyond the Shelf Information

I have been a part of established organizations like Johnson & Johnson, Target and Engage3 and have helped build US launches for international companies like Lidl and Gorillas. I’ve developed relationships with suppliers based on a dream and have led teams through the development and negotiation of thousands of products, many of which are still on the market today. From individual contributor to leading strategy for 80+ person teams, I have learned a lot around training, coaching and cultivating talent and have been proud to be a part of the journey for many as they built their careers. This last year and half, I transitioned out of Retail and CPG and started working for Engage3. Within this role I partnered with Product Teams, Sales teams, Customer Success and with retail partners across North America, South America and Europe. I learned a lot about the challenges facing the global retail community, the common trends, the challenge with program launches, internal adoptability, but also the need for strategic thought partners who understand both sides of the table to help organizations excel. While I have enjoyed this work, I realized I could offer so much more to the Retail & CPG community and that through my collective experiences I could be a great thought partner to companies at all stages of growth.
