Since 2010, Bespoke Tuition has placed travel tutors with families across the globe, in over 50 countries, across all 7 continents, in mountains, deserts, safari parks, remote islands and even on a ship circumnavigating the world. For 1 week or 1 year+, these hand-picked, professional tutors have provided a supplement or full time alternative to mainstream school. More recently, we have established exclusive, private partnerships with schools worldwide enabling families to spend a single academic term abroad and experience an enriching chapter abroad with their children. We believe responsible, well balanced tutoring is not about spoon-feeding nor creating a dependence on a tutor. It involves drawing out imaginations, questioning the world, building independence of thought and giving children the tools and strategies to take advantage of the way they think and learn. Our encouraging role models help students to build academic focus, resilience and a drive to succeed independently. Although our database exceeds 500+ hand-picked professional tutors, we intentionally retain an exclusively small core team of around 50 (emotionally as well as academically) intelligent tutors. We believe in authentic learning: using the world as our classroom and making the most of our time on this earth with our children.
