Berry Brook Homes is a private local housing company providing affordable, subsidised, housing to rent in Wokingham Borough. Berry Brook Homes is owned by Wokingham Borough Council who is investing in a new, commercial approach to housing for the provision of as as many new homes as possible. It is achieving this by using its own land and money, along with commuted sums from developers (payments made in lieu for some of the affordable housing that would otherwise be required on new private housing sites).
