Bericote is a niche commercial developer, specialising in occupier led development and the promotion and development of large sites around the UK. We are currently one of the most active developers in the industrial property sector, having developed 1.5 million sq ft last year and currently on site building over 2 million sq ft this year including several speculative units. Bericote has undertaken substantial projects for a variety of blue-chip occupiers including the world’s largest retailer – ASDA Wal-mart, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Ocado, Rolls Royce Motor Cars and more recently, global automotive supplier Gestamp Tallent. It is the Group’s policy to use its own balance sheet to fund the early stages of development. Group turnover in 2015 was £98m. We have recently opened a Manchester office to cover the Northern region in addition to existing offices in London and Leamington Spa.
