~Bend the River Information

The key principle at ~bend the river is that learning occurs through our relationships with others or to the situation. We are interdependent and not isolated. The approach is well suited to developing the leadership practices which our complex, fast and growing world needs more of today and in the future. Most of our clients come to -bend the river because something feels out of flow in their working life, and it's having a knock on impact on their home life. Often it involves their relationship with their organisation, a project, or a specific person. The intention of the work is to look at the interaction of performance, growth and well-being at both an individual and organisational level. We look at how the past and future is showing up in the present and experiment with actions to create new patterns of interaction. ~Bend the River offers: - Leadership coaching - Transformational coaching for individuals, partnerships and groups - Workplace Relationship coaching - ideal for founding partnerships in small to medium sized businesses - Group Dynamics - Observations; Action Learning Group facilitation; bespoke interventions - Mentor Coaching - a requirement for ACC coaches gaining or renewing their ICF qualification.
